Emmanuel Dolo — Director of Programs and Strategic Partnerships
Emmanuel Dolo directs Economic Foundation’s grants and strategic partnerships, ensuring the organization has the funding and relationships it needs to deliver on its mission. He leads the full grant lifecycle — identifying opportunities, writing competitive proposals, and managing awards and reporting — while cultivating partnerships with government agencies, foundations, and mission-aligned organizations.

A native of Liberia, Emmanuel has spent his career working with nonprofit organizations across various regions, bringing a global perspective to the Foundation’s work. He holds an MA in Community Development and is currently completing his MBA, strengthening the financial and strategic foundation he brings to the Foundation’s fundraising and partnership efforts.

Emmanuel is driven by a belief that lasting change comes from pairing strong programs with committed partners and sustainable funding.
