Gary Wilson — Board Member

Gary Wilson is a respected Bellevue real estate professional and the President and Designated Broker of Wilson Management, Inc. He founded the company to provide property owners throughout the Pacific Northwest with personalized, professional property-management and real-estate investment services. Wilson Management has served the Greater Seattle region for more than four decades.

Throughout his career, Gary has developed extensive experience managing single-family residences, multifamily communities, apartment buildings, office properties, retail spaces, and other commercial real estate. His work includes property operations, investment planning, tenant relations, maintenance oversight, leasing, regulatory compliance, and strategies designed to preserve and improve the long-term value of real estate assets.

Gary is known for combining strong business judgment with practical, hands-on knowledge of building systems and property operations. His understanding of housing, responsible property stewardship, and real-estate investment brings valuable perspective to Economic Foundations and its efforts to promote housing stability, financial education, economic opportunity, and stronger communities.
