Harry Arsene

Harry Arsene is the co-founder and manager of Arsene Construction, a Seattle-area real estate development and general contracting company serving King and Snohomish Counties. Harry holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Science in Product Development Engineering from the University of Southern California.

Before joining Arsene Construction full-time, Harry spent more than 13 years working in the aerospace industry. He now oversees property acquisition, project financing, accounting, human resources, and the strategic growth of the company. Under his leadership, Arsene Construction has developed a diverse portfolio that includes custom homes, luxury townhomes, multifamily residential communities, commercial projects, and major renovations.

Harry brings Economic Foundations extensive experience in engineering, finance, construction, real estate development, and organizational leadership. His practical understanding of housing development and project execution supports the organization’s efforts to expand housing stability, economic opportunity, sustainable development, and stronger communities.
