Josie Martinez Hardin

Josie Martinez Hardin serves as Administrative Officer for Economic Foundations, supporting the organization’s day-to-day operations, community engagement, marketing, branding, and program coordination.

Josie brings valuable client-facing experience through her work with Aris Real Estate, where she assists with communication, relationship management, marketing initiatives, and the coordination of projects and events. Her ability to connect with people, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a professional and welcoming presence makes her an important part of the Economic Foundations team.

In her role, Josie helps coordinate organizational activities, strengthen community and business relationships, support board and volunteer communications, and ensure that Economic Foundations presents a consistent and professional message across its website, social media, outreach materials, and public events.
