Seth Raddue brings an entrepreneur’s eye to everything Economic Foundation does. As Chief Executive Officer of three companies — TriStar Finance Inc., Aris Real Estate, and DocuDash (getdocudash.com) — he has built businesses across lending, housing, and technology, and knows firsthand what it takes to turn an idea into something that serves real people.

That builder’s mindset is exactly what he applies as a founding board member of Economic Foundation. Seth helped shape the organization from its start in 2020, guiding a 501(c)(3) public charity whose nine program funds now reach from workforce training and financial literacy at home to clean water and disaster relief abroad.

For Seth, the throughline between his companies and the Foundation is the same: access. Access to capital, to housing, to tools, to opportunity — and the belief that when barriers come down, communities do the rest. It’s why the Foundation’s motto fits him as well as anyone: Listen, Act, Learn, Repeat.
